Manohar Parrikar Memorial Lecture, 2024, held by C-DEP.org and FINS

C-DEP recently hosted the fourth edition of the Manohar Parrikar Memorial Lecture in association with FINS India, paying tribute to the legacy of Shri Manohar Parrikar, former Defence Minister of India and Chief Minister of Goa. This year’s theme, “Learnings for the Indian Military Post Ukraine and Gaza Conflicts,” brought forward critical insights into contemporary military challenges and strategies. The lecture was delivered by Air Chief Marshal V.R. Chaudhari PVSM AVSM VM (Retd.) on 13th December at the Constitution Club of India. The event honored the legacy of Shri Parrikar by fostering meaningful discussions on India’s defense preparedness in an evolving global landscape
