‘UP-Go’, a conclave on emerging technologies hosted by the Centre for Digital Economy Policy Research (C-DEP) in partnership with Uttar Pradesh government was held at Lok Bhawan of Lucknow on Thursday.
Attended by senior bureaucrats from various departments of the Uttar Pradesh government, the discussions at the conclave focused on how emerging technologies such as Cloud, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) could help governments improve service delivery.
The event had four sessions.
The first was on using Cloud technology for better public service delivery, while the other sessions focused on Tech enablement of informal sector: a case for enhancement of income of three-wheeler autorickshaw drivers; The future of benefit delivery: Al-powered solutions; and Blockchain technology: the future of Web3.0 industry.
