As India’s e-government maturity advances, the demand for interoperability grows. Some government departments in India are currently working on integration and adopting interoperability technology. This research proposes a model to assess the position of the Government of India’s portal in terms of technology adoption, specifically evaluating its level of integration sophistication. The model focuses on critical factors essential for successful interoperability adoption across three dimensions: process integration, technological integration, and data integration. To measure integration sophistication, a comprehensive questionnaire encompassing these dimensions had been developed and utilized for a subsequent survey.
